2) The winner is entitled to free laser eye treatment, worth up to £2,990 (£1,495 per eye)
3) Treatment is subject to a free, no-obligation consultation at which suitability for treatment is assessed and the most appropriate treatment type recommended.
4) Note that 25-30% of those attending consultations are deemed unsuitable for treatment.
